500 ml packaging for essential oils is used in the production of cosmetic, hygienic and other products.

For dispensing essential oils, plastic bottles are equipped with two types of caps.
1) The "flip top" lid type allows the essential oil to drip or drip freely depending on the density.
2) The "trigger" lid type makes it possible to conveniently and evenly spray the essential oil on the surface of the product or precisely dose it into a production container located on a laboratory scale.

As you know, even a small deviation in the proportion of an essential oil in a recipe can lead to a significant difference in the smell and properties of the final product, therefore, without a doubt, the ease of precise dosage of essential oils improves the quality of the products.

I will give an example, among the products of a well-known brand of natural cosmetics, a product with the smell of lavender was sold, it also contained lemongrass in small quantities. When dosing essential oils, a mistake was made and the quantity of lemongrass, quite strong and persistent, was exceeded, which is why the remedy smelled only of lemongrass, which in addition to deviation from the name, few people like in its pure form.

We supply only low-density oils with "trigger" type covers. For viscous oils, packing with a "flip-top" type of lid is provided, or reducing the density of essential oil by adding a hydrolate of this type of plant.
